我国六十年代初期进口捷克SKODA工厂制造的VK-50型汽轮机,其末四级(第14、15/18、16/19及17/20级)叶片曾产生频发事故。多年来,国内已取得一些改进经验。第16/19级有三台机组采用叶片打减荷孔[1]以及设计新叶片方法调整叶轮5直径节振型的临界转速,均已安全运行多年;第14级(高压缸末级)改进设计的叶片经过三年多运行证明是有效的。然而,第15/18级(低压缸第一对称级)叶片损坏继续发生,日趋频繁,据不完全统计,这级叶片损坏的次数和数量已经超过14和16/19级。本报告介绍宝鸡电厂3号机第15/18级叶片损坏的原因和改进工作。
In the early 1960s, VK-50 steam turbine imported from SKODA factory in Czech Republic had frequent accidents in the last four stages (14th, 15th, 18th, 16th, 19th and 17th). Over the years, some improvements have been made in China. There are three units at the 16th grade that use the vane holes to reduce the load [1] and the new blade method to adjust the critical speed of the impeller 5 diameter mode. All of them have operated safely for many years. The 14th stage (high pressure cylinder last stage) improved design After more than three years of operation of the blade proved to be effective. However, No. 15/18 (the first symmetry stage of low pressure cylinder) blade damage continues to occur more and more frequently, according to incomplete statistics, this level of blade damage and the number of more than 14 and 16/19. This report describes the reasons for the damage to the No. 15/18 blade of No. 3 Baoji Power Plant and the improvement work.
