研究了正火温度、回火温度对塑料模具钢LGP20组织和硬度的影响。结果表明:LGP20钢最佳预硬化热处理工艺参数为870℃正火,根据预硬化硬度要求,回火温度可在450~600℃范围选择,钢板组织为回火贝氏体+回火索氏体+回火屈氏体。研究结果应用于批量生产,钢板硬度均匀,满足模具加工和表面质量要求。
The effects of normalizing temperature and tempering temperature on the microstructure and hardness of plastic die steel LGP20 were studied. The results show that the optimal pre-curing heat treatment parameters of LGP20 steel are normal temperature at 870 ℃. According to the requirements of pre-hardening hardness, the tempering temperature can be selected in the range of 450-600 ℃. The steel structure is tempered bainite + tempered sorbite + Tempering troostite body. The research results are applied to mass production. The hardness of the steel plate is uniform, which meets the requirements of mold processing and surface quality.
