目的 :探讨氟砷联合作用对大鼠子代肝脏的影响。 方法 :采用两代一窝繁殖试验的方法 ,对亲代接触不同剂量氟砷后其子代肝脏进行了电镜观察。 结果 :各染毒组大鼠子代肝组织超微结构均有一定的改变 ,可见肝细胞核形不规则 ,异染色质增多 ,核仁边集 ;线粒体肿胀及空泡变性 ,粗面内质网脱颗粒 ,滑面内质网扩张 ;细胞内脂滴增多。 结论 :氟砷可以通过胎盘屏障或是哺乳方式对大鼠子代肝脏有一订的影响
Objective: To investigate the effect of fluoride-arsenic combined effect on the offspring of rats. METHODS: Two generations of reproductive experiment were used to observe the offspring of offspring of their offsprings after being exposed to different doses of fluoride-arsenic. Results: The ultrastructure of liver tissue of rats in each exposure group changed to some extent. The irregular nuclei of hepatocytes, increased heterochromatin, nucleolus edge set, mitochondria swelling and vacuolar degeneration, rough endoplasmic reticulum Degranulation, sliding surface endoplasmic reticulum dilatation; intracellular lipid droplets increased. Conclusion: Flursenic and fluoride can have a certain effect on the offspring of rats through placental barrier or breast-feeding
