目的:建立同时测定久芝清心胶囊中5种蒽醌类成分含量的方法,完善现有标准。方法:采用Hypersil C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),甲醇-0.1%磷酸(85∶15)为流动相,流速:1.0mL/min,柱温:35℃,检测波长:254nm。结果:芦荟大黄素在15.34~153.4μg/mL(r1=0.9996),大黄酸在10.89~108.9μg/mL(r2=0.9998),大黄素在10.23~102.3μg/mL(r3=0.9998),大黄酚在11.24~112.4μg/mL(r4=0.9999),大黄素甲醚在4.89~48.9μg/mL(r5=0.9995)线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为100.67%(RSD=1.00%)、100.47%(RSD=0.65%)、99.16%(RSD=1.96%)、100.40%(RSD=1.98%)、99.67%(RSD=1.60%)。结论:该方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于久芝清心胶囊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for simultaneously determining the content of five kinds of anthraquinones in Jiuzhi Qingxin Capsules and to improve the existing standards. Methods: Hypersil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm), methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (85:15) as mobile phase, flow rate: 1.0 mL/min, column temperature: 35°C, detection wavelength: 254 nm. Results: Aloe-emodin ranged from 15.34 to 153.4 μg/mL (r1=0.9996), Rhein ranged from 10.89 to 108.9 μg/mL (r2=0.9998), and emodin ranged from 10.23 to 102.3 μg/mL (r3=0.9998). Chrysophanol At 11.24~112.4μg/mL (r4=0.9999), the linear relationship of emodin was 4.89-48.9μg/mL (r5=0.9995); the average recoveries were 100.67% (RSD=1.00%) and 100.47% (respectively). RSD = 0.65%), 99.16% (RSD = 1.96%), 100.40% (RSD = 1.98%), and 99.67% (RSD = 1.60%). Conclusion: This method is simple, reliable and accurate. It can be used for quality control of Jiuzhi Qingxin Capsule.
