时代在发展,社会在进步,新课程改革也在不断地深入实施,传统的机械式管理模式严重阻碍了学校教育的个性化发展。要想保持学校的持续健康发展,只有转变管理方式这一选择。因此,怎样才能脱离旧有管理制度的枷锁,制定符合新时代要求的发展策略,使教育更加自由多样化,使管理更有成效,成为当前我国小学教育管理十分重视的热点。注重老师、学生的个性发展,以人为本的管理理念成了当下教育改革所要努力达到的新目标。
The development of the times, the progress of the society and the reform of the new curriculum are also constantly being implemented in depth. The traditional mechanical management model has seriously hindered the personalized development of school education. In order to maintain the sustainable and healthy development of the school, only the choice of management mode should be changed. Therefore, how to deviate from the shackles of the old management system and formulate a development strategy that meets the requirements of the new era so as to make education more free and diversified, and make management more effective, have become the focus of our country’s primary education management. Focus on teachers, students personality development, people-oriented management philosophy has become the current education reform efforts to achieve the new goal.
