为防止柏叶口水库工程区水土流失,减小工程建设对生态的破坏,使因工程施工所破坏的生态系统得以尽快恢复,对柏叶口水库建设过程中水库淹没区、枢纽区、料场区等不同功能区可能增加的水土流失量及其危害进行了分析和预测。结果表明,工程施工扰动,地貌土壤侵蚀模数增大是新增水土流失的主要原因。针对各功能区水土流失的基本特征提出了以工程防治和生态修复相结合,充分发挥生态自我修复能力,加快植被恢复的水土保持措施。在水库不同的功能区采取相应的工程措施或生态措施。生态恢复与培育的主要措施是栽植油松、落叶松、乔木或刺槐,其间散播苜蓿草种。
In order to prevent water loss and soil erosion in the engineering area of Baiyekou Reservoir and reduce the ecological damage caused by the construction, the ecosystem damaged by the construction will be restored as soon as possible.
