目的:严季澜,北京中医药大学教授,主任医师,博士生导师,从事中医临床 40 余年,在治疗围绝经期诸症中积累了丰富经 验。认为肝经郁热证是该病的主要证候。这一证候特点是气机郁滞,升降失调,郁热内伏,以气、郁、热,火为特点。严老师灵活运用 疏肝清肝,调畅气机的治法,以柴芩升降散加减治疗,疗效显著。
