高职院校贫困生群体处在高校学生弱势群体的底层,相较普通学生而言,他们呈现出特有的心理特点。在分析其心理特征的基础上,提出当前高职贫困生群体职业指导中存在的问题,给出针对高职贫困生群体心理特点的职业指导方式与方法,以期为提升大学生就业竞争力,促进职业指导工作可持续发展提供理论和实践借鉴。
The poor students in higher vocational colleges are at the bottom of disadvantaged groups in colleges and universities.
