This paper introduces the requirements and test results of construction quality control of Fenhe II reservoir roller compacted concrete dam. By analyzing the compressive strength of RCC, the core samples of various pressure points, the water pressure test, the seepage resistance and the antifreeze results show that the Fenhe second reservoir is of good quality
