在素质教育发展的今天,各地的办学形式多样化也日渐增多,但在办学体制改革发展中存在着教育特色不鲜明、教育结构不合理、办学及管理不规范等问题。我校从因才定岗,成就个性化的创新教师;规范制度,加强精细化的质量监控;注重细节,打造生命化的高效课堂;人文管理,创设和谐的竞争环境四个方面出发,经过近三年的努力已经形成了一套比较成熟、行之有效的教学教研及管理体制。
Nowadays, with the development of quality education, there are diversified forms of running schools around the country.
