球结膜下注射尿激酶治疗挫伤性前房出血

外伤性前房出血是钝挫伤常见的并发症,国内统计占钝挫伤的24～71%,如治疗不当可引起继发性青光眼和角膜血染等,严重者可致失明。近年来我们试用尿激酶治疗获得满意疗效,现将体会报告如下: 临床资料本组共治疗11例,均系单眼。男9例,女2例,年龄最大42岁,最小16岁;出血时间最长7天,最短4天。均为全身用药后未见吸收的陈旧出血。积血少于1/3者1例,1/3～1/2者9例,多于1/2者1例。
