此次大面积的低温雨雪冰冻灾害(简称“雪灾”)对中国经济和社会造成的冲击正在深化,负面影响也开始逐步显现。在救灾的同时,评估灾情造成的整体经济损失,对政策部门判断形势和组织灾后重建十分必要。
The impact of the large area of low temperature snow and ice disaster (referred to as “snow disaster”) on China's economy and society is deepening, and the negative impacts are beginning to emerge. At the same time of disaster relief, assessing the overall economic losses caused by the disaster will be very necessary for policy departments to judge the situation and organize post-disaster reconstruction.
