This piece of Xixia Buddhist scriptures investigated in this paper is published in Volume 17 of Chinese Tibetan-Xixia Literature, No. M11 · 012, which has not been read before. The Chinese version of the Xixia Wen translation has not been identified either. It is said that this was one of the Xixia relics found in the site of Greentown of Ejin Banner in Inner Mongolia during the filming of the large documentary “Wang Great Wall” by CCTV in that year and later handed over to Inner Mongolia Museum for collection. In fact, the previous account of the source of this piece of debris is not clear enough. CCTV shooting documentary “Great Wall” thing happened in 1991, from the documentary it seems that the crew at that time just went to the Greentown on the way occasionally found from the quicksand surface two painted clay statue and a volume of Xixia Buddhist scriptures , This piece of code M11 · 012 can not come from the fragments. The rest of the excavation process is unknown. The “Tibet-Tibetan Xixia Literature” also did not record the details of the discovery of this fragment, making it impossible for researchers to accurately determine their true origin.
