3月23日上午,上海市人民政府第十一次常务会议在江泽民市长的主持下,听取了市档案局姜文焜局长关于全市档案工作的汇报。会议认为,档案工作是经济建设、社会发展和科技发展中的重要组成部分。市政府各工作部门要提高对档案工作重要意义的认识,把档案工作列入各部门的议事日程和工作规划,统筹安排。会议确定:(一)市档案局要在现有工作基础上充实力量,加强对本市档案事业的宏观管理,特别是管理城市基础设施和地下管道档案资料的管理工作。(二)关于六个区的档案库房和两个专业档案馆(即文学艺术档案馆和科学技术档案馆)的建设,请市计委在安排“七五”期间的基建项目中给予必要的支持。(三)原则同意在第二季度召开全市科技档案工作会议。上海市档案局(馆)根据去年召开的全国档案局长会议和全国科技档案工作会议的精神,并遵照市政府常务会议的部署,除做好日常工作外,决定今年着重抓十项实事:(1)以自筹资金与市计委给予必要资助相结合的办
