目的研究一种复方过氧化物消毒液的杀菌效果,评价其用于血液净化设备消毒的可行性。方法采用理化分析和杀菌试验方法 ,对该复方消毒液进行了实验室理化性能分析和杀菌效果观察以及现场消毒试验观察。结果用含165 mg/L过氧乙酸与1 737 mg/L过氧化氢的复方消毒液作用10 min,对悬液内大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌的平均杀灭对数值均大于5.00。用含330 mg/L过氧乙酸和3 474 mg/L过氧化氢的复方消毒液作用45 min,对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的平均杀灭对数值大于5.00。含过氧乙酸8.25 g/L和过氧化氢86.84 g/L该复方消毒液对单人用透析机内管道循环一个周期后,对人工污染载体的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的平均杀灭对数值为5.62。结论该复方过氧化物消毒液具有良好的杀菌效果,能够满足透析机的消毒要求。
Objective To study the bactericidal effect of a compound peroxide disinfectant and evaluate its feasibility for disinfection of blood purification equipment.
