目的:探讨声辐射力脉冲成像技术(acoustic radiation force Impulse,ARFI)对非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)的价值。方法:采用声触诊组织定量(Virtual Tough Tissues Quantification,VTQ)技术对80例NAFLD患者及30例健康人群进行VTQ值检测。统计分析NAFLD患者及健康人群间的VTQ值是否存在差异。结果:NAFLD组与对照组间VTQ测值差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);在二维超声上不同程度的NAFLD患者VTQ测值差异存亦在统计学意义,且随着患者脂肪肝程度的加重,肝脏的VTQ值逐渐增高,两者存在正相关。结论:ARFI技术作为无创的新兴技术,可较准确的对NAFLD进行定量分析,临床应用前景广阔。
Objective: To investigate the value of acoustic radiation force impulse (ARFI) in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Methods: Eighty patients with NAFLD and 30 healthy subjects were tested for VTQ by using Virtual Tough Tissues Quantification (VTQ). Statistical analysis of NAFLD patients and healthy population VTQ value is there any difference. Results: The differences of VTQ between NAFLD group and control group were statistically significant (P <0.01) .There were significant differences in the VTQ values between NAFLD group and control group with different degrees of NAFLD, and with the degree of fatty liver Of the increase, the liver VTQ value gradually increased, there is a positive correlation between the two. Conclusion: As a noninvasive and emerging technology, ARFI technique can quantitatively analyze NAFLD more accurately and has a bright future in clinical application.
