中职旅游服务与管理专业学生的核心技能是导游讲解技能,学生在初学讲解时存在一定困难。教师进行适当的示范讲解,将技能可视化,无疑会增加讲解的乐趣,缓解学生的畏难情绪。本文从讲解情境的仿真性、讲解内容的趣味性、讲解过程的交互性以及讲解形式的多样性四个方面谈了教师进行示范讲解的艺术性,同时也指出了教师示范讲解和学生创新讲解之间的矛盾化解。
