网络文化是技术与文化的结合体。本文提出网络文化的概念、特征、实用价值及发展方向,并且深入研究网络文化的价值,主要研究其正向能量价值对公民民主的提升及对知识经济的影响。文化软实力同时也在提升经济效益,催生出新型产业。针对网络文化发展方向,提出网络文化的内容要同网络新技术紧密结合、网络文化发展中一定要注意科学管理、有效地保护网络知识产权、人才培养机制完善、网络文化的价值多元性帮助等多种个人见解。
Internet culture is a combination of technology and culture. This paper proposes the concept, characteristics, practical value and development direction of cyberculture, and studies the value of cyberculture in depth.
