一 吉林电石厂醋酸车间设计 (一)厂址概碠 吉林电石厂醋酸车间,由厂址选择到设计施工(已投入生产),全套设备包括远距离控制之全套国产精密仪表,铝铅等设备,基本上由我国自己担任。其中工艺骰备,七建及动力设计等均采取苏联最新技术成就,在很短的时间内,完成车间的全套设计(包括醋酸工段,乙炔工段,乙醛工段,汞泥工段,乙炔排渣,气柜,成品仓库等及室外管道支架)。 该厂地质情况较差,第一层为人工土可塑性砂质粘土含卵石碎砖,第二层黄褐色砂子粘土有流动性,第三层灰绿色重质,不均重砂子粘土砂子壚坶,第四层为岩石层。故处理厂房地基比较复杂,同时基础较深,土方工程量较大。防汞地面不许有下沉裂纹出现,故影响车间地面处理。今将设计中一些重要问题介绍如下。
