中考体育的实施,对推动和加强学校体育工作发挥了积极的作用。教育部曾经指出:初中毕业升学考试体育,是国家深化中等教育的改革,促进应试教育向素质教育转轨的一项积极措施,是全面贯彻教育方针,面向全体学生,增强学生体质,提高基础教学质量的有力对策。由于近年来中学生的身体素质越来越差,中考增加了体育项目,以引起社会、学校、家庭的重视。但是,应该如何有效地进行体育中考备考,以取得理想的成绩呢?
