Tianjin has a long history, splendid culture, profound cultural background, extensive mass foundation and strong artistic atmosphere, which have created a large number of influential calligraphy and painting artists. From April 22nd to 28th, 2008, at the invitation of the Art and Painting Academy of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region CPPCC, famous art painters Wang Feng, Guo Hongchun and Liu Zhiheng from Tianjin gathered five people in Inner Mongolia.
