采用描述流行病学方法对济宁市2006~2008年流感样病例(ILI)进行分析。3家哨点监测医院共报告门诊病例75 641例,其中ILI 1601例,占2.12%,0~5岁婴幼儿病例占34.98%(560/1601),感染人数最多。济宁市流感疫情平稳,未发现人禽流感疫情;5岁以下婴幼儿是流感侵袭的主要人群。
Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze influenza-like illness cases (ILI) from 2006 to 2008 in Jining. Out of 75 641 out-patient cases reported by 3 sentinel surveillance hospitals, 1601 cases of ILI accounted for 2.12% and 34.98% (560/1601) of infants and young children aged 0-5 years had the highest number of infections. The outbreak of influenza in Jining was stable and no outbreak of human bird flu was found. Infants under 5 years of age were the major population affected by influenza.
