用魔芋精粉、氯乙酸和氢氧化钠为原料，在乙醇溶剂中反应，制备透明的羧甲基魔芋精粉，并探讨了物料配比和反应温度、时间对产物透明度的影响。
Using konjac powder, chloroacetic acid and sodium hydroxide as raw materials, reaction in ethanol solvent to prepare transparent carboxymethyl konjac flour, and to explore the material ratio and the reaction temperature and time on the transparency of the product.
