针对铁尾矿用于路面基层材料的研究进展及前景进行了深入分析。通过对铁尾矿成分及粒度的分析,论证其作为路面基层材料的可能性,其缺点是粒度过细,级配差,影响基层机械性能。针对国内外铁尾矿在路面基层材料应用中存在的不足,提出当掺加一定量甚至大掺量应用铁尾矿做路面基层材料时,可以采取添加外加剂、改进实验方法、优化碎石与砂粒的掺量和级配等措施,改善基层材料机械性能并最终使其达到各级公路设计标准。
The research progress and prospect of iron tailings for pavement base materials are analyzed in depth. Through the analysis of the composition and particle size of iron tailings, it is proved that it can be used as the base material of the pavement. The disadvantage is that the particle size is too small and the grading is poor, which affects the mechanical properties of the grass roots. Aiming at the shortcomings of the domestic and international iron tailings in the application of the pavement base material, it is suggested that when adding a certain amount or even a large amount of iron tailings as the pavement base material, adding additives, improving the experimental method, optimizing the gravel Grit content and gradation and other measures to improve the mechanical properties of the grass-roots materials and eventually to reach all levels of highway design standards.
