Originally, I was an infrastructure engineer at a third-tier factory in the Mainland. I knew a lot about construction but I did not know why. When I came back to Guangdong in 1998 and was hired by a construction company, I had to prepare some construction plans myself. At this moment, I was deeply impressed by the lack of building knowledge and I was never resolved to act like before.
