目的探讨多药耐药相关蛋白(multi-drug resistance-associated protein,MRP)基因在宫颈癌组织中的表达情况及临床意义。方法采用RT-PCR技术检测47份宫颈癌组织和12份正常宫颈组织中MRP基因mRNA的表达情况。结果正常宫颈组织中MRP mRNA的表达为0.20±0.11,宫颈癌组织中为0.51±0.28,宫颈癌组织MRP基因表达高于正常宫颈组织(t=6.04,P<0.01)。MRP表达在肿瘤直径、有无淋巴转移、不同肿瘤分化程度、组织学分型及不同临床分期上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MRP基因可能参与宫颈癌原发性耐药的产生,检测其表达对制订治疗方案有一定价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of multi-drug resistance-associated protein (MRP) gene in cervical cancer and its clinical significance. Methods RT-PCR was used to detect MRP mRNA expression in 47 cervical cancer tissues and 12 normal cervical tissues. Results The MRP mRNA expression in normal cervical tissue was 0.20 ± 0.11 and in cervical cancer tissue was 0.51 ± 0.28. MRP gene expression in cervical cancer tissue was higher than that in normal cervical tissue (t = 6.04, P <0.01). MRP expression in tumor diameter, with or without lymph node metastasis, tumor differentiation degree, histological type and different clinical stage difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusions MRP gene may be involved in the development of primary drug resistance in cervical cancer. To detect the expression of MRP gene may have some value in the development of treatment regimen.
