随着我国教育事业的蓬勃发展,为社会发展培养了大批优秀人才,具有十分深远的意义。而在当前知识经济时代背景下,市场就业形势十分严峻,为了能够谋求长远发展高校推行校企合作人才培养模式,有助于学生将所掌握知识转化为实践能力,为学生提供更多就业机会的同时,为社会输送更多应用专业型人才,促进行业发展。校企合作人才培养模式能够有效提升学生实践能力,为了能够进一步了解校企合作人才培养模式的优势,本文主要就此对材料成型及控制工程专业课程改革进行研究,结合实际情况,客观阐述校企合作人才培养模式的教学规律,以求提升培养成效,为社会输送更多优秀人才。
