目的采用反相高效液相色谱法,建立杜仲叶的HPLC指纹图谱,比较杜仲雄株叶和雌株叶中几种次生代谢产物的含量。方法采用Ameritech C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 ml/min;检测波长238 nm,柱温25℃。结果对同一日期采集的杜仲叶指纹图谱进行评价,生成对照图谱,确定了19个共有峰。杜仲雄株叶中绿原酸含量略高于杜仲雌株叶,杜仲雄株叶中京尼平苷酸含量和京尼平苷含量略低于杜仲雌株叶,但差异不明显。结论性别对杜仲叶中几种次生代谢产物的含量无明显影响。
OBJECTIVE To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Eucommia ulmoides leaves by RP-HPLC and to compare the content of several secondary metabolites in leaves of Eucommia ulmoides and female plants. Methods Ameritech C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used for the gradient elution of methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid solution. The volume flow rate was 1.0 ml / min. The detection wavelength was set at 238 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results The fingerprints of Eucommia leaf collected on the same date were evaluated to generate the control map and 19 common peaks were identified. The content of chlorogenic acid in Eucommia ulmoides leaves was slightly higher than that in Eucommia ulmoides leaves. The geniposidic acid content and geniposide content in Eucommia ulmoides leaves were slightly lower than those in Eucommia ulmoides leaves, but the difference was not significant. Conclusions Sex did not affect the contents of several secondary metabolites in Eucommia ulmoides leaves.
