用等离子体发射光谱仪对姜科植物姜不同部位的微量元素进行了测定。结果表明,姜根茎、叶枝、叶,根均含有多种微量元素,其中Ca、Mg、P含量最高,Fe、Me次之,Zn、Cu、B含量最低。姜叶中Mg、Ca、Mn含量较高,叶枝中Ca、P含量较高,根中Zn、Cu、Fe含量较高,而姜根茎中仅Fe含量较高。提示姜未被利用的叶枝、叶、根部位亦为有效部位,有开发应用的价值。
The trace elements in different parts of Ginger plant ginger were determined by plasma emission spectrometry. The results showed that ginger roots, leaf branches, leaves, and roots contained multiple trace elements, among which Ca, Mg, and P were the highest, followed by Fe and Me, and Zn, Cu, and B were the lowest. The contents of Mg, Ca and Mn in ginger leaves were higher, the Ca and P contents in the shoots were higher, and the contents of Zn, Cu, and Fe in the roots were higher, but only Fe content was higher in ginger roots. The leaves, leaves, and roots of ginger that have not been utilized are also effective parts, which are of value for development and application.
