良好的班集体能营造良好的学习氛围,调动学生的学习积极性,培养学生之间团结、互助的集体意识,有助于提高教学效果。本文从全面了解学生、培养学生强烈的集体荣誉感、培养班主任得力的助手、注重做好后进生的转化工作、建立和谐的人际关系、发挥主题班会的作用六个方面阐述班主任如何培养良好的班集体。
Good class can create a good learning atmosphere, arouse students’ enthusiasm for learning, cultivate a collective sense of solidarity and mutual aid among students, and help to improve teaching effectiveness. This article elaborates how the teacher in charge should cultivate a good class from six aspects: a comprehensive understanding of students, a strong sense of collective honor among students, an effective assistant to train the class teacher, a focus on doing a good job of translating into a new life, establishing a harmonious interpersonal relationship and giving full play to the role of the subject class collective.
