在毛主席革命路线指引下,我省石煤开发利用工作迅速发展,带来了一个新问题,就是废渣处理。如不加以利用,就会“挖掉一座石煤山,又堆一座渣子山”,占用农田,堵塞沟渠。我省广大贫下中农、工人和科技人员,在综合利用石煤过程中,除了利用渣子作无熟料水泥、炭化砖瓦外,又初步探索利用石煤渣作肥料的新途径。
Under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s revolutionary line, the rapid development of stone coal utilization in our province has brought about a new problem, that is, waste treatment. If they are not used, they will “dig out a stone coal hill and pile up a slag hill”, occupying farmland and blocking the ditch. In the course of comprehensive utilization of stone coal, the vast majority of poor and middle-level peasants, workers and scientific and technological personnel in our province have initially explored new ways of using stone cinder as fertilizer in addition to using clinker as clinker-free cement and carbonized brick and tile.
