2011年5月12日凌晨,河南省鹿邑县原法院院长在家中被害,同时被害的还有他28岁的女儿。案件很快被侦破,原来是被害人17岁儿子高胖雇凶所为,原因是其父对其管教太严。认真分析高胖从一个学生演变成雇凶杀人嫌疑犯的过程,笔者认为主要有以下原因。一、亲情满足失衡为家庭悲剧埋下伏笔高胖是个超生的孩子,为了避免因违反计划生育政策而导致的后果,其父母对外不敢承认高胖是他们的儿子,高胖从小就东躲西藏,今天寄养在这家,明天寄养在那家,很少在自己的家里和父母在一起。
