研究了3Cr25Ni12耐热钢的组织结构与性能,并对3Cr25Ni12耐热钢的高温强度、抗氧化性等性能进行了探讨,结果表明,3Cr25Ni12耐热钢的奥氏体基体上有弥散分布的二次碳化物M23C6析出,这是3Cr25Ni12耐热钢具有较高热强性的主要原因之一;奥氏体基体中含有较高的铬合金元素,使其抗氧化性能力得到提高
The structure and properties of 3Cr25Ni12 heat-resisting steel were studied, and the properties of 3Cr25Ni12 heat-resisting steel such as high temperature strength and oxidation resistance were discussed. The results show that the microstructure of 3Cr25Ni12 heat- Carbide M23C6 precipitation, which is 3Cr25Ni12 heat-resistant steel has one of the main reasons for the higher thermal strength; austenitic matrix containing higher chromium alloy elements, so that its antioxidant capacity is improved
