在第二次世界大战之前,化学工業的基本原料幾乎完全是从国外獲得的。这种情况有很大的不利。战後,从前不發達的化学工業的迅速發展,比消除那些不利还要有更多的意义。
Prior to the Second World War, the basic raw material for the chemical industry was obtained almost exclusively from abroad. This situation has a great disadvantage. After the war, the rapid development of an underdeveloped chemical industry had more significance than eliminating those disadvantages.
