(一)问 题 的 提 出 在一九五八年七月中旬至九月中旬,我们在惠民地区一带进行一比二十万的综合地质水文地质测绘工作。见到在工作区为了实现农田灌溉之水利化,在党的正确领导下,发挥了广大农民群众的革命干劲,已经取得了巨大的成绩。 但是在修建渠道的过程中没有很好的考虑本区之地质及水文地质条件,很多地方出现了因为灌溉而引起的农田次生盐渍化现象。为了实现山东今冬明春之水利化,大量之河网工程全省已有规则,并且即将动工,因此仅根据一些客观情况对本区实现河网化提出几点建议,其中心问题是实行河网化如何更好的和地质,水文地质条件相结合。

Secondary salinization of farmland caused by irrigation occurred in many places. In order to realize the water conservancy of Shandong in the winter and spring of this year, a large number of river network projects have been established in the whole province and are about to start. Therefore, some suggestions are put forward to realize river network in this area only based on some objective conditions.
