选取广泛应用的轴承材料GCr15钢进行了退火、冷轧成形、淬火实验。测试了冷轧前后环件的显微硬度变化和分布,观察了原始环件、冷轧成形环件、淬火环件和冷轧-淬火环件试样的组织状态和变化。揭示了GCr15钢在冷轧-淬火工艺中的微观组织演化规律,阐明了冷轧-淬火工艺对轴承环产品性能的影响机理,为轴承环件产品冷轧-淬火组织性能控制提供了依据。
Select a widely used bearing material GCr15 steel was annealed, cold-formed, quenching experiments. The changes and distributions of the microhardness of the rings before and after cold rolling were tested. The microstructures and changes of the samples of the original ring, the cold formed ring, the quenched ring and the cold rolled-quenched ring were observed. The microstructure evolution of GCr15 steel in cold rolling and quenching process was revealed. The influence mechanism of cold rolling and quenching process on the performance of bearing rings was clarified, which provided the basis for cold rolled and quenched microstructure control of bearing ring products.
