目的:探讨乳腺癌患者血、癌组织、引流淋巴结中淋巴细胞功能相关抗原CD11a、CD18、CD54蛋白表达水平及化疗和中药益气养血冲剂对其表达水平的影响。方法:免疫组化法和流式细胞术检测乳腺癌患者血、癌组织、引流淋巴结中CD11a、CD18、CD54蛋白表达水平在化疗前、后和化疗加服益气养血冲剂后的改变。结果:乳腺癌患者血中CD54水平与良性对照组比较明显增高,癌组织淋巴细胞CD11a、CD18、CD54水平明显增高,乳腺癌细胞CD54表达阳性率100%,阴性淋巴结CD11a、CD18、CD54表达水平明显高于阳性淋巴结。结论:乳腺癌患者粘附分子水平明显异常,免疫粘附功能障碍,化疗在杀伤癌细胞的同时,对机体免疫功能产生不良影响,益气养血冲剂能够改善化疗后乳腺癌患者淋巴细胞粘附功能等细胞免疫功能。
Objective: To investigate the expression of lymphocyte function-associated antigen CD11a, CD18, and CD54 in blood, cancer tissue, and draining lymph nodes of breast cancer patients and the effects of chemotherapy and Chinese herbal medicine Yiqi Yangxue Granules on their expression levels. Methods: Immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry were used to detect the expression levels of CD11a, CD18, and CD54 protein in blood, cancer tissue, and draining lymph nodes of breast cancer patients before and after chemotherapy plus chemotherapy plus Yiqi Yangxue Granules. Results: The level of CD54 in blood of breast cancer patients was significantly higher than that of benign control group. The levels of CD11a, CD18, CD54 in lymphocytes of cancer tissue were significantly higher, the positive rate of CD54 expression in breast cancer cells was 100%, and the expression of CD11a, CD18, CD54 in negative lymph nodes was significant. Higher than positive lymph nodes. Conclusion: The levels of adhesion molecules in breast cancer patients are obviously abnormal, immune adhesion dysfunction, chemotherapy in the killing of cancer cells, while adversely affecting the body’s immune function, Yiqi Yangxue granules can improve lymphocyte adhesion in breast cancer patients after chemotherapy Functional and other cellular immune functions.
