良性十二指肠肿瘤很少有临床的重要性,但那些位于壶腹部者可出现阻塞性黄疸,术前通常被诊断为胰腺癌。作者报告一例十二指肠乳头腺瘤表现为急性胰腺炎患者。
Benign duodenal tumors are of little clinical importance, but obstructive jaundice can occur in those with ampullaries and are usually diagnosed as pancreatic cancer before surgery. The authors report a case of duodenal papilloma showing acute pancreatitis.
