从新制度经济学理论中路径依赖的视角来看我国农民政治参与,会发现政治参与变迁缓慢,缺乏创新。政治的发展是个多方互动博弈的过程,在政治参与过程中,有中央与地方基层政府之间拉锯式的博弈,也有基层政府与农民之间的较量。没有农民的政治参与,就不会有整个国家的政治发展。建设社会主义和谐社会的重要举措就是突破路径依赖,进行创新,激发农民的政治活力。
From the perspective of path dependence in the new institutional economics theory, the peasant’s political participation in our country will find that political participation changes slowly and lacks innovation. The development of politics is a multi-party interactive game. During the process of political participation, there is a see-saw game between the grassroots governments at the central and local levels and the contest between the grassroots governments and peasants. Without the political participation of peasants, there will be no political development in the entire country. An important measure for building a harmonious socialist society is to break the path of dependence, carry out innovation and stimulate the political vitality of peasants.
