分离机构是谷物联合收获机上最薄弱的一环,喂入量稍为加大和谷物状况稍为变坏,分离不净的损失即会增加。平台式逐稭筛在中小型直流联合收获机上已被普遍采用,其机构简单、轻巧,具有相当的分离能力,是一种应予重视的分离机构,但是关于其工作过程实质的研究还很少。西德牵引式“Claas”联合收获机上的平台式逐稭筛,在国内试验中工作性能较好,但在使其适应我国特点的改进设计中,需要掌握各个因素对分离性能影响的规律.在作观测试验之前,先在理论上分析给出大致方向是必要的。
The separation mechanism is the weakest link on the grain combine harvester, with a slight increase in feed volume and a slight deterioration in grain condition, and an increase in net loss. It is a kind of separation mechanism that should be paid attention to because of its simple and lightweight structure and considerable separation ability. However, the research on the essence of its working process is still scarce . The platform-type straw sieve on the West Germany traction “Claas” combine harvester has good performance in domestic experiments, but in the improved design that adapts to the characteristics of our country, we need to know the rules that affect each factor on the separation performance. Before making an observation test, it is necessary to analyze the theoretical direction in the first place.
