目的 研究雌性大鼠孕期染锰后,锰对其子代神经行为发育的影响。方法 对妊娠大鼠随机分为4 组腹腔注射氯化锰,剂量分别为0 、7-5 、15 和30 mg/kg ,待其自然分娩后,观察其子代生长发育及行为功能状态。结果 与对照组相比,15 mg/kg 组和/ 或30 mg/kg 组仔鼠出生体重轻、出生死亡率增高,4日成活率降低( P< 0-05 , P< 0-01) ;仔鼠耳廓分离、睁眼、及翻正反射阳性出现时间延长( P< 0-05 ,P<0-01) ;方位水迷宫达标训练次数增多,避暗实验主动逃避潜伏期延长( P< 0-05 ,P< 0-01) 。结论 大鼠孕期染锰可引起其子代生长发育及神经行为发育的部分指标延迟。
Objective To study the effect of manganese on the neurobehavioral development of offspring of female rats exposed to manganese during pregnancy. Methods Pregnant rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: intraperitoneal injection of manganese chloride at doses of 0, 7-5, 15 and 30 mg / kg respectively. After their natural delivery, the growth and behavioral status of their offspring were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the litter size of 15 mg / kg group and / or 30 mg / kg group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0-05, P <0-01). (P <0-05, P <0-01). The frequency of azimuthal water maze was increased, and the latency of passive avoidance test was prolonged (P <0, P <0, P < -05, P <0-01). Conclusion The manganese in pregnant rats may cause some of the indicators of the growth and development of neurons and their behavior.
