由于最近发现可以从犰狳获得大量的人麻风菌以及建立了从麻风组织中提纯细菌的方法,故有可能发展一种麻风菌苗.为了估计这种提纯的细菌是否有用,首先需要证实在能够应用于人体的适当条件下仍然保存诱发实验动物迟发型超敏反应(DH)的能力,并且这种麻风菌的制剂不会使机体被组织成份所致敏.本文研究了提纯麻风菌各种剂量、途径、佐剂、对豚鼠诱发CMI反应的能力及这种反应的特异性.研究方法:选体重450~600克的豚鼠
