Some documents indicate that brain hemodynamics is sensitive to noise but there is very little research on the relationship between noise-induced hearing impairment and cerebral hemodynamic changes. The authors studied the relationship between hemogram data and hearing impairment in the noise workshop workers in the machine manufacturing industry, and observed 230 workers, of whom 52 were normal hearing, the rest were all susceptible to hearing loss, the workshop noise was 98 to 102 dB and the working age was 5 ~ 27 years, there are Boiler workers, forging and casting workers. The control group was 30 working environment with no noise and normal hearing
