公益性原则是公立医院要坚持的一个基本原则,在这样的条件下,医院在对经济活动进行开展的时候应在保证优质服务的同时对经济的可持续发展进行促进。医院经济工作的核心是对医院的财务工作进行管理,要想在经济管理的过程中降低运营成本,可以通过合理的手段强化成本核算和控制。公立医院要对全面覆盖、分级核算等原则进行坚持,对员工的成本意识进行培养,完善成本管理。
The principle of public welfare is a basic principle to be adhered to in public hospitals. Under such conditions, hospitals should promote the sustainable development of economy while ensuring the quality of service while carrying out economic activities.
