在通风条件很差或人群密度较高的人防工事内,空气中的细菌多,需进行净化或消毒以改善空气质量.用空气循环净化的方法,可有效地减少空气中的细菌和霉菌,降低CO_2浓度,消除臭气,可使手术室内空气的清洁度从Ⅲ级提高到Ⅱ级水平。ZSH/W型高效紫外线灯对空气消毒的效果比普通紫外线灯好,而且产生的臭氧少。其空气消毒的杀菌率达到71.7％～82.7％。用88型消毒剂对病房、手术室、X线透视室、办公室等空气消毒,杀细菌效率达到99％,杀霉菌效率达86％。本消毒剂无腐蚀性,毒性低,使用安全。
