又要临近春节“黄金周”假期了。相关调查显示,我国有些城市的假日消费(也称“假日经济”)已占全年消费的一半左右,假日消费的集中性、冲动性、偶然性特点,加剧了一些行业短期性供不应求。“黄金周”期间,外出旅游的人们大都经历了交通、住宿、购物、饮食等服务的拥挤与难堪,许多景区接待游客量超出了核定的最佳和最大接待量,游客实际享受到的服务质量远低于正常水平。
