马克主义生态文明思想不断地发展与完善,其对我国政府保护生态环境和建设生态文明有一定的理论指导意义。随着我国经济、社会的全面发展,环境问题的突出一直摆在我们的面前,是我们急需解决的问题。本文从马克思生态文明思想发展的内涵着手,强调生态文明建设的重要性,接着对面当今社会严重的环境污染,提出政府有不可推卸的生态责任,并指出政府生态责任存在的问题,最后提出以马克思主义生态文明思想为指导,我国政府生态责任的履行的有效路径,对实践具有一定的指导意义。
The Marxist idea of ecological civilization has been constantly developed and perfected. It has some theoretical guiding significance for our government to protect the ecological environment and build an ecological civilization. With the all-round economic and social development in our country, the prominence of environmental issues has always been before us and it is an issue that we urgently need to solve. This article starts with the connotation of the development of ecological civilization thought of Marx and emphasizes the importance of ecological civilization construction. Then it presents the unshirkable ecological responsibility of the government and points out the existing problems of the ecological responsibility of the government. Finally, Doctrine of ecological civilization as guidance, and the effective path of the government’s ecological responsibility fulfillment in our country has some guiding significance to the practice.
