公共管理作为一种新型的社会治理模式,能够在人类社会进入后工业时代的过程中,解决众多高度不确定性和复杂性的社会治理要求。而进行公共管理视角下管理模式的创新,是符合行政体制改革进程的重要措施,也是提升政府行政效能的重要途径。本文将通过明确公共管理概念,探究目前政府管理模式存在的问题,并结合新公共管理的管理理念和西方管理创新模式,分析公共管理视角下管理模式的创新。
As a new model of social governance, public administration can solve many social governance demands of high uncertainty and complexity in the process of human society entering the post-industrial era. The innovation of management mode under the perspective of public management is an important measure in line with the process of the reform of the administrative system and an important way to enhance the administrative efficiency of the government. By clarifying the conception of public management, this article will explore the existing problems of government management mode, and combine the management concepts of new public management and western management innovation mode to analyze the innovation of management mode under the perspective of public management.
