近年来,关于保护私有财产的问题成为理论界与社会舆论关注的热点问题之一。江泽民同志在十六大报告中提出“依法加强监督和管理,促进非公有制经济健康发展,完善保护私人财产的法律制度”更是引起了公众的极大关注。尽管各界人士对这个问题的认识还不完全一致,但通过广泛的讨论,人们越来越认识到这个问题的重要意义。
In recent years, the issue of protecting private property has become one of the hot issues that theorists and public opinion pay close attention to. In his report at the 16th National Congress, Comrade Jiang Zemin raised the issue of “strengthening the supervision and administration in accordance with the law, promoting the sound development of the non-publicly-owned economy and improving the legal system for protecting private property,” arousing great public concern. Although people from all walks of life do not yet fully understand this issue, the importance of this issue has come to be widely recognized through extensive discussions.
