人工辐照是当前培育新品种的重要技术手段。试验用70 Gy的~(60)Co-γ辐照处理两个家系的思茅松种子,分别以两个家系未辐照种子为对照,设置两个对比组,对其种子发芽及苗期生长进行比较。结果表明:70 Gy的~(60)Co-γ辐照导致个别思茅松幼苗形态发生变化,且对两个家系种子萌发的影响结果一致:均导致其发芽时间延长,发芽率降低。但从对生长量的影响上分析,两个家系受辐照影响的情况有所区别:促进了家系1号苗高生长,抑制了家系2号的针叶生长。
Artificial irradiation is an important technical means to cultivate new varieties. Two families of Simao pine seeds were treated with ~ (60) Co-γ radiation of 70 Gy. Two non-irradiated seeds of two families were used as control respectively, and two control groups were set up to study their germination and seedling growth Compare The results showed that the radiation of ~ (60) Co-γ induced by 70 Gy led to the change of seedling morphology of individual Pinus kwangsiensis seedlings. The results of seed germination were consistent: the germination time was prolonged and the germination rate was decreased. However, from the impact on the growth of the analysis, the two families affected by irradiation are different: to promote the growth of the family No. 1 seedling height, inhibiting the growth of the family No. 2 needle.
